- Experience Improvement Project — a collaborative engagement to redesign key customer touchpoints, with touchpoint guidelines and a rollout outline. Priced at ฿19,500.

All services are advisory and educational in nature. They are intended to help businesses think through their customer experience. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, accounting services, regulated consulting, or any other regulated professional service. No specific business outcome is promised or implied.
5. Engaging Our Services
A service engagement begins when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope, price, and timing of the work. This may take the form of an exchange of emails, a written proposal, or a signed engagement letter. These terms form part of any such agreement unless an alternative written agreement is in place.
We will carry out work with reasonable skill and care. We will communicate openly about progress and any issues that arise. We expect clients to make relevant team members and information available as reasonably needed to carry out the work.
6. Fees and Payment
The fees for each service are as set out in section 4, or as agreed in writing. Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of engagement. Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, payment in full is due prior to or at the commencement of a session or project. For ongoing advisory arrangements, payment terms will be set out in the engagement agreement.
We reserve the right to pause or decline to continue work where payment is overdue after a reasonable period.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Where a session or project is cancelled or rescheduled by the client, we ask for as much notice as reasonably possible. Cancellation terms, including any refund arrangements, will be set out in the relevant engagement agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement:
- Cancellations made more than 5 business days before a session may be rescheduled without charge
- Cancellations made within 5 business days may be subject to a partial charge to cover preparation work already completed
If we need to reschedule due to circumstances on our side, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date at no additional cost.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website — including text, layout, structure, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Aravelle. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any website content without our prior written consent.
Materials we produce for you as part of an engagement (such as journey maps, written guidelines, or session notes) are provided for your use within the agreed scope of the engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aravelle retains the underlying intellectual property in our methodologies, frameworks, and standard materials. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for the internal purposes for which they were created.
Any information you share with us during an engagement remains your property. We will not use it for purposes beyond the engagement without your consent.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat information shared during an engagement with reasonable discretion. We will not disclose confidential information about your business to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We ask that you similarly treat any proprietary materials or methods we share with you as confidential.
This does not prevent either party from referring to the general nature of the work (for example, for portfolio or reference purposes) without disclosing confidential details, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our services are advisory in nature. We share observations, frameworks, and guidance to help you think through your customer experience. We do not manage your operations, make decisions on your behalf, or carry responsibility for outcomes that depend on actions taken by your business.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aravelle's total liability arising from or in connection with a service engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This website may contain links to third-party websites for reference or convenience. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or practices of those websites. Visiting third-party links is at your own discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Updated terms apply to use of the website and to service agreements entered into after the update date.
